1. About Indian Expats in USA
IndianExpatsInUSA.com is an online directory and discovery platform designed to help members of the Indian community find and connect with businesses, professionals, service providers, and sellers offering products and services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, businesses appearing on the website are independent third parties. Indian Expats in USA does not own, operate, employ, control, or act as an agent for businesses listed on the platform.
2. Marketplace and Directory Role
Indian Expats in USA provides a platform through which users can discover and contact businesses.
We generally are not a party to transactions or agreements between users and listed businesses. Any purchase, service arrangement, appointment, payment, contract, delivery, refund, cancellation, warranty, or other transaction between a user and a business is solely between those parties.
Users are responsible for evaluating a business before entering into a transaction.
3. User Accounts
Certain features may require an account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You may not impersonate another person or business, create accounts for fraudulent or misleading purposes, or use another person’s account without authorization.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.
4. Business Listings
Businesses submitting listings agree that:
- Information submitted is accurate and not intentionally misleading.
- They are authorized to represent the business being listed.
- They have the right to use photographs, logos, trademarks, descriptions, and other content submitted with the listing.
- Their products and services comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- They will keep material listing information reasonably current.
- They will not use listings for fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, or misleading purposes.
Submission of a listing does not guarantee publication. We may review, approve, reject, edit, request changes to, suspend, or remove listings when reasonably necessary to operate and protect the platform.
5. Paid and Featured Listings
Indian Expats in USA may offer paid listings, featured listings, advertising, promotional placement, or other paid services.
Pricing, duration, placement, and benefits may vary based on the plan or promotional offer selected by the business.
Payment for a listing does not constitute an endorsement, certification, recommendation, or guarantee by Indian Expats in USA.
Featured status may provide additional visibility or placement but does not guarantee any particular number of views, inquiries, leads, customers, sales, or other business results.
We may identify featured, sponsored, promoted, or otherwise enhanced listings through visual indicators or placement on the website.
6. Listing Fees and Payments
Applicable fees and payment terms will be communicated to businesses when they purchase or arrange a paid service.
Payments may be collected outside the website, including through payment methods or bank accounts designated by Indian Expats in USA.
Where a payment is made in a currency different from the price quoted for the applicable service, the amount payable may be calculated using the exchange rate communicated or applicable at the time payment is requested.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required for the applicable listing or promotional period and does not create ownership rights in any website placement, page, audience, or other Indian Expats in USA property.
7. Pricing and Promotional Offers
We may offer introductory, promotional, discounted, or limited-duration pricing.
Promotional pricing may be subject to eligibility requirements, maximum durations, renewal conditions, or other terms communicated when the offer is made.
We may change pricing for future listing periods or services. A pricing change will not retroactively change an already-paid listing period unless otherwise agreed.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, fees paid for listings, featured placement, advertising, or promotional services are generally non-refundable once the applicable paid period or service has begun.
If Indian Expats in USA is unable to provide a paid service that has already been purchased, we may, as appropriate, provide a replacement period, account credit, or refund for the affected service.
Removal or suspension of a listing because of a violation of these Terms or our policies does not necessarily entitle the business to a refund.
9. Business Information and Verification
We may review information submitted by businesses, but we do not guarantee that every business, credential, license, certification, claim, photograph, product, service, price, location, or other piece of information appearing on the website has been independently verified.
The presence of a business on IndianExpatsInUSA.com should not be interpreted as a guarantee of its qualifications, reliability, quality, legality, safety, or suitability.
Users should conduct their own due diligence where appropriate.
10. Reviews and Ratings
Users may be able to submit reviews or ratings based on their experiences with listed businesses.
Reviews should reflect genuine experiences and must not contain knowingly false information, spam, threats, harassment, unlawful content, or content submitted primarily to manipulate a business’s reputation.
Businesses may not submit or arrange fake reviews of their own business, compensate users for deceptive reviews, impersonate customers, or improperly manipulate ratings or reviews.
Competitors may not submit false or malicious reviews intended to damage another business.
We may investigate, moderate, restrict, or remove reviews that we reasonably believe violate our policies. However, we do not guarantee that every review will be independently verified.

11. Contacting Businesses
The website may provide functionality allowing users to contact businesses.
Indian Expats in USA does not guarantee that a business will respond to an inquiry or that information exchanged between users and businesses will be accurate.
Users should exercise appropriate caution before sharing sensitive personal, financial, identification, or payment information.
12. External Websites and Social Media
Listings may contain links to business websites, social media accounts, online stores, or other third-party services.
These external services are controlled by third parties, not Indian Expats in USA. We are not responsible for their content, security, availability, products, transactions, privacy practices, or policies.
Accessing a third-party website or completing a transaction through it is at the user’s discretion.
13. User Content
By submitting listings, photographs, logos, reviews, descriptions, or other content to the website, you represent that you have the necessary rights to submit and use that content.
You retain ownership of your content. However, you grant Indian Expats in USA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve the website and the relevant listing or service.
This license ends when the content is removed from our services, except where continued retention is reasonably necessary for backups, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or previously created promotional materials.
14. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use IndianExpatsInUSA.com to:
- Commit fraud or engage in deceptive practices;
- Impersonate another person or business;
- Publish knowingly false or materially misleading information;
- Submit fake or manipulated reviews;
- Harass, threaten, or abuse another person;

Indian Expats in USA is not responsible for disputes, losses, damages, injuries, non-performance, product issues, service quality, payment disputes, cancellations, refunds, or other problems arising from transactions between users and independent businesses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Indian Expats in USA and its owners, operators, affiliates, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your unlawful use of the website, your content, or your infringement of another party’s rights.
